The bike drawn in the picture is a surly disk trucker and is the very same bike she rode on her 2018 “Riding Across America with MS” journey. This was a self supported bike trip with just her and her dad despite the limitations that her ms has on her ability to walk. She started in Anacortes Washington with her wheels in the ocean and traveled over 7 mountain passes, making it just under half way across the us on their way to Boston, only to crash and break her leg in South Dakota. When asked, she says she would do it again in a heartbeat! This bar is to inspire others with ms or other struggles to keep fighting and keep living life to the fullest they can!
