This drink was inspired by a summertime classic drink, the Arnold Palmer. An Arnold Palmer is typically made with half iced tea, half lemonade. In our version of that we’ll be mixing a tart guava puree with our hibiscus iced tea.

A cloud-based matcha latte using pandan: “the Asian vanilla”. Topped with our vanilla cloud and toffee crumble.
