When we started producing our famous Pie Crust Cookies in large quantities we were left with a dilemma: What should we do with all the scraps of leftover pie crust?! While searching how to repurpose them Janie was struck by a memory of her Granny's kitchen. Granny Conly would carefully trim her pie then re-roll the trimmings, make a mixture of sugar, melted butter and a good dose of cinnamon, slather it on the pie crust, roll, cut and bake. To honor Janie's Gran we bring you pie crust bites!
