Well, the ITIS Madness includes: Chicken Tender, Cheese, your choice of bacon and Fried Cheese (Dominican cheese). We like to make it with BBQ but I know you have your own sauce so let us know what you’ll like.
Chopped Cheese Sunrise
The Chopped Cheese Sunrise is our first signature sandwich. It came from an overnight shift at the deli. The Chef Bam and one of the Owners (Albert) came across making a chopped cheese as they seen the sunrise at 6:43am. That’s how the name came about. The signature sandwich comes with ground beef, cheese, your choice of bacon and a sunny side egg on top.
