The fine folks at Wicked Rain in Gilbert, Arizona are celebrating their 4th anniversary this month, and we were honored to brew a special beer for them! We wanted to get real PNW with this one, so we took an old school approach, but then added some futuristic flair. This medium copper colored American IPA starts with some pale malt, munich, then a touch of rye and a light crystal malt. We then bittered in the kettle with Cascade and Centennial, and dry-hopped with Crosby Hops Idaho 7 CGX Nuvo, which is a brand new pelletized fresh hop product with next level aroma.

First brewed in 2023 as one of our early DDH attempts, Oasis Canyon is back with the full Bone Haus treatment. We cold whirlpooled with Freestyle Nelson Sauvin, then double dry-hopped with Galaxy, Freestyle Motueka, more Nelson, and Nelson SubZero Hop Kief. With updated processes and ingredients, this Hazy IPA is easily one of our favorite batches in recent memory.

We had a blast brewing with the rad folks from Sacred Pint! The goal: a crushable West Coast Pils for the summer heat. Classic PNW hops -- Simcoe, Amarillo, and Columbus Cryo -- paired with Sour Tangie terpenes from Abstrax Hops. The result is a crisp, ridiculously drinkable pils with dank, fruity character and a subtle, unmistakable cannabis aroma.

Our pursuit of the perfect pour takes us to Czechia, the birthplace of the pilsner. We used floor malted Bohemian pilsner malt and Czech Saaz hops to create this traditional Czech Pale Lager, meant to be enjoyed in quantity.
