Baby Back Ribs

Turkey

Half Chicken

Rudy's Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage
A whole German sausage link consisting of half beef and half pork with spices, jalapeños, and cheddar cheese added to it.
Pork Loin
Same cut as pork chops, but without the bone. Seasoned with Rudy’s Rub and smoked for approximately 1½ hours. Served thinly sliced.
Rudy's Regular Sausage
A whole German sausage link consisting of half beef and half pork.
Rudy's Jalapeño Sausage
A whole German sausage link consisting of half beef and half pork with spices and jalapeños added to it.
