Silent Spirit is a West Coast Pilsner brewed with a unique mix of Audacia hops from our friends at Indie Hops (@indiehops) in Portland, Oregon and Peacharine hops from our friends at Freestyle Hops (@freestylehops) out in New Zealand. We decided to marry these two newer hop varieties in an attempt to showcase a bright and expressive hop combo that we’ve yet to see commercially available. We brewed this up with Burial while they were in town. A West Coast pale ale featuring Loza Farms Amarillo, Amarillo Cryo, and Comet, plus Cashmere, Mosaic, and Mosaic Cryo. Amarillo brings classic orange peel and peach while Comet adds herbal spice and citrus. Cashmere brings its own fruity character, and Mosaic layers in berry and tropical notes.
