Tiger Lily Outlaw
60% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre A beautiful, deep ruby color is the first thing you notice on this Syrah based blend. Violets, blackberry, plum, black olive, blueberry pie and hints of smoked meat can all be found on this very complex, deep wine. Nicely balanced on the palate with a lingering finish. Very approachable while young, it has great tannin structure that should keep it enjoyable for years to come.
Grenache Rose'
Strawberry and pear fruit come together with a touch of citrus to showcase the abundance of pure fruit characteristics in the wine. It was dry with medium plus acidity and tannins that plays in harmony. On the palate the intense dark fruit and cocoa flavors continue along with a full body leading into a long finish.

Fleur De' Montagne
Meaning "Flower of the Mountain" our Chataeuneuf-du-Pape inspired Rhone blend is a time honored Sierra Vista classic. This blend of Grenache, Mourvedre, and Syrah has a wonderful depth of flavor and complexity. Grenache

Elevated aromas of strawberry, sweet grass, and dried herbs lift from the glass. Riper red fruit notes of strawberry, dried cranberry, and black raspberry come into play. Floral undertones are present, but make way for more dominant pure fruit flavors throughout the palate. Medium bodied and elegant, if not delicate, a perfect red wine on a warm day served with a slight chill.
Savanna
45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Cabernet Franc, 28% Merlot, and 1% Petit Verdot make up the blend. Named after the owner of the winery's daughter Savanna, this namesake blend is a wine club and winery staff favorite. A true Bordeaux blend. Elegant and refined with influences from each of the four varietals that harmoniously make up the blend. Enjoy with prime rib, or a rich pasta dish.
Zinfandel Old Clone

Our Old Clone Zinfandel comes from our nearly fifty year old Zinfandel vineyard. This vineyard was propagated from the Higgins clone which came from a Zinfandel vineyard that was planted before prohibition. Dense and chewy with firm tannins. Dark cherry, and ripe blackberry fruit notes with aromas of pie cherries, cedar, and oak. Full bodied and complex with concentrated flavors. Enjoy with pasta dishes, baked lasagna, or one of the winery's signature pizzas.
Chardonnay Barrel Aged
Our Barrel Aged Chardonnay is produced to exhibit the flavorful marriage of Chardonnay and French Oak in balance with one another. Pineapple, and apricot fruit linger into baked pear in the mid-palate. Notes of vanilla, warm oak, and subtle baking spices mingle with the fruit in the wine. This classic California style Chardonnay has a buttery texture with a finish of honey and caramel.
Roussanne
Texturally rich and vibrant with notes of ripe pear, and golden delicious apple that soon make way to a honey and butterscotch finish. Straw like in color with notes of geranium, and lilac on the nose, characteristics of a true Roussanne. The subtle oak undertones are present but don't overpower the balance of the wine.
Viognier
Our Viognier features a uniquely diverse range of fruit characteristics. Tropical fruit intertwines with notes of cantaloupe and honeydew melon in the mid-palate and then leads into a finish of white peach and nectarine. All accompanied by a rich texture and silky mouthfeel with enough brightness to be refreshing while at the same time serious.
Zinfandel Rose
Bright and refreshing with grapefruit, citrus, and red raspberry on the entry. Fresh strawberry, and notes of wild gooseberry fill the mid palate, with a silky mouth-watering finish. A perfect wine for a hot summer’s eve, or an afternoon by the lake.
Grand Cuvee Sparkling Wine

Notes of orange blossom and lemon peel flow from the glass aromatically with floral undertones coming through as well. The palate is intriguing with a complexity of citrus fruits coming into focus. Tiger Lily 1855
A Bordeaux style blend with Cabernet Sauvignon as the primary component, this wine is as elegant as it is delicious. Black cherry, plum, dried violets and dried cranberry aromas dance with notes of tomato leaf, mocha, wet pavement and a hint of coconut. Named for our elevation here at the winery, this red wine has juicy aromas of plum, cherry and raspberry along with dried flowers and notes of mountain forest pine. Rich and juicy on the palate while being smooth and easy drinking. Quite pleasant on its own, but also great with burgers, ribs and all things barbecued. A mountain grown wine of elevated quality!
Elevation 2800 White Blend
Perfect everyday white wine. 53% Chardonnay, 21% Roussanne, 16% Viognier and 10% Sauv Blanc There is gold in this here bottle! Well, it is at least pale gold in color… aromas of orange blossom, tangerine, mango, pineapple and baked apples as well as honey and caramel notes jump from the glass. It is fruity and delicious on the palate with the tropical fruit notes returning and a slightly sweet yet tart aspect going on as well. Medium bodied yet refreshing. Great for hot summer days by the pool!
