Charred Salmon Bowl
A warm offering featuring our spicy miso salmon lightly torched upon order. Served with torched spicy miso salmon (raw), crab salad, corn, cucumber, green onions, and masago, finished with citrus ponzu sauce, sweet unagi sauce, crispy onions, and togarashi over warm sushi rice. Please note that the Charred Salmon Bowl, contains raw fish. This product cannot be further cooked.
