The Rachel (Pastrami or Turkey)

The Pastrami Rachel is grilled on light rye with 1/4 lb. of our fresh pastrami, coleslaw, baby Swiss cheese, and Russian dressing. Our most popular specialty sandwich also comes as a "Georgia" or "California" version which is identical except it is made with our fresh roasted turkey instead of pastrami. A corned beef version is available as well.

Build Your Own Fresh Roasted Turkey Sandwich

Our bone-in fresh roasted turkey breasts are fully seasoned before we roast them each morning. We hand carve and serve fresh slices in your sandwich. The Thanksgiving

Our version of the famous turkey sandwich is made with our fresh roasted turkey, homemade stuffing, homemade cranberry compote, and mayo grilled on whole wheat bread. You can change your bread choice if you wish.

Pastrami Grilled Cheese (Kids and Adult Versions Also Available)

We take provolone, cheddar and American cheeses and put it inside two slices of one of our fresh sourdough bread and grill it to melt. We add 2+ ounces of our fresh steamed pastrami for the perfect Pastrami grilled cheese. You may add one of our toppings (extra cost) and/or condiments (no extra cost) as well.

Pastrami by the Pound

Put together your own sandwich kit by buying our freshly steamed real pastrami by the pound. We will sell you our sliced pastrami at the weight and add some juice into the bag after weighing. If you want some unsliced we can do that too. You can refrigerate until you are ready to use. Just warm the bag in some hot water (not boiling) until the meat is warmed up. Serve on bread with your favorite mustard or condiment. You can make your own rachels or reubens by buying our sides of coleslaw or pickled cabbage or using your own. Add our own homemade pickles to complete the experience. You can also use our pastrami to make anything you wish - scrambled eggs, pastrami hash, mac & cheese, soup, chili, etc. minimum of one pound.

Homemade Boston Baked Beans (8 Oz)

We prepare the original recipe - slow-cooked in the oven with salt pork, molasses, onions, brown sugar, cloves, and nutmeg. Just like Paul Revere's wife used to make it.

Homemade Pickled Cabbage (8 Oz.)
