Kroeung Prawlak (គ្រឿងប្រឡាក់សាច់) is the flavor for the most popular street food BBQ in Cambodia. Traditionally, preparing Kroeung Prawlak is very time consuming, but we have perfected the recipe, so all you have to do is add some oil and marinate.
