In some of our coffees, the acidity sparkles clearly above the other flavor components and in others, it delicately provides a subtle but crisp accent. The coffee is rich and full-bodied with moderate acidity that sharpens with age. Often used for blending.
Colombian Light Roast
$18.40

A lighter roast will present subtle sweet & sour notes rather than the usual sharp & bitter notes presented by our standard ‘darker’ roast. Colombian supremo beans — the highest grade, largest size, uniform, hand-picked and hand-sorted, without imperfections — yield a moderately heavy-bodied coffee with a smooth rich flavor and lively character, which is nicely balanced. French Roast
$19.85
The flavor is distinguished more by the degree of roast than by the particular beans used. Ahrre uses a blend of dense, hard Arabica beans from Latin America because these beans develop the dark-roast flavor better and will stand up to the heat and duration of the roast. The flavor is dominated by the smokey “burnt” nuance of the ebony colored beans. This coffee is suitable for use in espresso machines, although it is tasty when made in any brewer. The aroma is balanced and complex, and the flavor is intense, full- bodied, and rich with natural oils.
