This is our most popular fresh cheese. Similar to an herbed chevre or goat cheese. Soft, spreadable and tangy with grassy notes and rolled in crushed dried herbs. Handcrafted using an almond base. Each wheel of Greener Pastures is approximately 6 oz. Stored in the refrigeratorator in the cheesepaper wrap that it comes in, it will last one-two weeks. Greener Pastures can be frozen for up to a month. Freezing it may change the texture slightly. If you serve it before it has completely thawed it will be more crumbly and less creamy (which some people prefer). Contains: Almonds and Coconut.
