The sandwich is topped with coleslaw (unless noted otherwise) and comes with fries & a pickle Our standard is to mop Vinegar Dip on the Pulled Pork, so please make sure to specify if you do not want us to do that.

Our ribs are smoked then finished off on the open flame grill. You have a choice of Traditional Smoked Ribs or Dry Rub Smoked Ribs. They are served with hush puppies & a choice of 2 sides. Please make sure to choose whether you would like Traditional Smoked Ribs or Dry Rub Smoked Style. Our Dry Rub is a sweet w/ a hint of heat rub. Both can have BBQ sauce on the meat or on the side, please specify. Our standard is to put BBQ sauce on the Traditional style ribs and leave the Dry Rub style without sauce.
