Ti Kuan Yin Iron Goddess
A distinctive light cup that has hints of orchid-like flavor. Oolong tea is semi fermented which is one of the reasons it has such a unique character. The semi fermentation gives the tea a little bit more body than a green tea but less body than a black tea and interestingly it gives the flavor a very unique twist.

Orange Blossom
A lively, full flavor with hints of berry jam and sweet floral undertones. After extensive profiling, the flavor of orange blossom was recreated using a mix of jasmine and dried orange pieces which is added to the tea. Rounding out the blend is a Ceylon black tea for some added depth.

Berry berry features hibiscus to adds tart dimension to the blend. The rosehip chips add a mellow smoothness to the tea along with vitamin c, while the currants give the tea a very distinctive character - black for fruitiness and red currants for tangy flavor. Finally, raisins are added to give a natural sweetness then topped this off with natural flavors to further enhance the delightful character of this tea.
