The DIY Toro + Salmon Kit is a way to enjoy “do it yourself” half-size handrolls. It features finely chopped Toro from sustainably-ranched Bluefin from Mexico and finely chopped specially sourced Faroe Island Salmon with sesame seeds. It's served over our sushi rice, accompanied with half size handroll nori-sheets. The kit also includes two salads: Namasu: Daikon and carrot salad pickled in sweetened vinegar. Hiyashi: Seaweed and Kikurage marinated in sweetened sesame oil.

It’s served over our sushi rice, topped with salmon eggs, masago and cucumber and accompanied with half-size handroll nori-sheets. The Bento also includes two salads: Namasu: Daikon and carrot salad pickled in sweetened vinegar. Hiyashi: Seaweed and Kikurage marinated in sweetened sesame oil.
